My Healthy Chocolate Caramel Smoothie Recipe
Grab your blender, and blend together the following ingredients. This recipe serves one, but you can easily double it up to make two.
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 medium banana, chilled or frozen

- 10 raw unsalted cashews
