Your first step to success is your diet. Right away the best thing here is to go through your kitchen and throw out all the junk food, pop and anything that keeps getting in your way. Sure it may seem like a waste, but why would you spend money to look fat and feel unhappy about yourself?
Do it now, go through your cupboards and get rid of the chips, cookies, white pasta, white rice, ice cream, cream salad dressing, soda pop and anything else that has white flour or sugar as one of the primary ingredients.

Your 3rd step is to prepare a workout plan which you feel suits your needs best. I have prepared for you an excellent archive of a variety of workouts including those of celebrities who have rocking bodies, reference them here – Workouts and Training.
Remember two things.
Firstly you want to switch up your workout routine at least every 6-8 weeks so you prevent yourself from a discouraging plateau where your results slow down and sometimes even completely cease.
Secondly keeping a weight training log will not only work as a form of motivation but it will show you how much you have progressed over the past weeks.
