CrossFit continues to be one of the best ways to blast fat and get in killer shape. With its total body approach and intense, non-stop routines, it gets you working up a sweat in just minutes – and it keeps you there long enough to see real results!

If you like the idea of blasting serious fat, but feel intimidated by CrossFit, then I’m here to help you out.

CrossFit is totally appropriate for all skill and fitness levels. You just need to adjust things according to your own ability and work towards your own goals rather than trying to keep up with everyone around you.

If you’re just starting out, or if you consider yourself new to the game, I recommend reading these tips and getting an idea of what’s expected from CrossFit workouts. CrossFit definitely takes a unique approach to fitness, and with it comes a number of rules and perspectives you should keep in mind.

Whether you’re a beginner or you consider yourself a CrossFit guru, the workouts that follow are totally effective (and do-able) for blasting fat, strengthening muscle, and sculpting a toned and lean body.

CrossFit Workouts to Blast Fat

I’m going to start by offering up 5 basic, power-packed, fat-blasting CrossFit workouts in my article CrossFit Exercises here.  This series of CrossFit workouts is designed to allow you to mix it up, both in your time commitment and your choice of exercises. You can easily combine any 2 or 3 of these workouts into one killer CrossFit workout to blast fat!

My two favorites are Swing and Jump and Turn It Up. Try combining them into a single, hard-hitting CrossFit workout and watch your body shed the fat!

Or you can try running through everything! This might look like a lot (and it is), but challenging yourself in this way is a great way to get in shape fast. You need to sweat to see results, so set a goal to work towards!

If you’re looking for something a little more structured, then you’ve got to try this Killer CrossFit Workout, which can be done at the gym or at home with just a few pieces of equipment. This one really does a number on your muscles, in a good way!

Remember, you don’t have to attend a CrossFit class to get real CrossFit results. Classes can be intimidating, but CrossFit exercises can easily be done on your own. You just need to push yourself and be your own drill sergeant. Grab a stop watch or put on some motivating music – just do what you have to do to give it your all!
