Going organic not only benefits you, it also benefits the workers and communities who would otherwise have to expose themselves to harsh chemicals. Organic farming is much gentler on the environment because it uses sustainable farming practices.
Going organic is a win-win situation all around. By being good to your body, you can also be good to your environment. But remember, it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Buy organic as much and as often as you can, within your own personal budget. Every little bit is a step towards better health.
