A Healthy Smoothie Recipe to Reduce Inflammation
Blend together the following ingredients in a blender or magic bullet:
- 1/3 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/4 of a long English cucumber
- 1 small handful of arugula
- 1 small handful of fresh baby spinach
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled
- 1 cup of coconut water
- ½ teaspoon of ground turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
