Weekend Mojito Delight
Every once in a while you want to just sit back and enjoy a drink and you want to make it as healthy as possible right? Well this mojito recipe is made to give your weekend a little kick and it’s got a ton of anti-aging antioxidants.
The best part of it all is that it’s easy to make and relatively low on the calorie scale (minus the alcohol of course!).

Red Pear Strawberry Mojito Recipe
Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
- 8 small organic strawberries
- 4 cups soda water
- 1/2 red pear
- handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or stevia)
- 4oz of white rum
Pretty easy peasy, but take the strawberries, red pear and mint leaves and muddle together in a bowl.
Throw it into a pitcher and add the soda water, rum and agave nectar.
Get 4 glasses ready with ice and pour for your refreshing drink!
