Jennifer Nicole Lee Fitness Tips Revealed:

  • Make sure to get in at least 30 mins every other day of both aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (strength training) exercise.
  • Set goals for yourself and reward yourself with something healthy; a massage, pedicure, healthy dessert.
  • To ensure your motivation stays up use visualization of where you would like to be, rather than focusing on where you are now. A negative mindset will only get you down and you will be more likely to reach for those Oreos, whereas a positive mindset will create a series of cataclysmic changes to your willpower which will make the difference between success and failure.
  • Avoid overeating especially at night. The best way to do this is to make sure you eat a meal that is high in protein or include a protein shake like Optimum 100% Natural Whey which is made of natural ingredients.
  • Eat 3 small meals throughout the day plus two healthy snacks such as the protein shakes, this prevents binging and metabolic slow down.
  • Stay away from simple sugars and processed foods, they contain little fiber and leave you feeling hungry.  Focus on high fiber foods, check out High Fiber Diets – The Real Truth to get a good grasp of foods that are high in fiber.
  • Drink plenty of water, it helps you feel full and allows your body to expel the chemicals that accumulate from our foods and environment.
