Fat Burning Workout
So many of you asked for it and now you’re going to get it. A fat burning workout so advanced that it will get you to drop your waist size or at least 5 lbs of fat in only 21 days.
This workout requires that you have had at least 2 months of prior training that has been relatively consistent (at least 3 times a week). If this isn’t the case for you then you can take this workout and water it down for the first session or two and then ramp it up to it’s full potential.
Since this is a workout that is specific to fat burning this is not intended for those of you who want to pack on muscle. Instead it is for those of you who want to get more muscle tone and maybe even some curved definition in your abs and waist.
It is a full body workout which trains all the muscles in your body with a focus on your core. Attempt this workout at 3-4 days a week. We’re going to aim 12-14 reps and 3 sets per exercise unless otherwise noted.
Get some good sleep the night before because this is literally going to kick your ass no matter how advanced you are…
Let’s go!
The Fat Burning Workout
7 minute warm-up session on the treadmill or elliptical trainer & aim for getting up to 7.0 mph for treadmill or 10.mph on elliptical
Plank with Bosu Ball – nice and steady tight core and hold for 20 seconds {view image }
Mountain Climbers – bring knees right up to your abs & aim for 30 seconds on each set {view image }
Push-ups on Bosu Ball – keep your core tight and butt down {view image }
Woodchopper with medicine ball – remember abs tight and keep a natural curve in your back & 7 reps each side makes one set {view image }
Single leg deadlift – 7 reps each side for one set {view image }
Triceps plate squat- come down so your knees have a 90 degree bend, then weight up and over your head while keeping elbows near ears {view image }
Lunge and ab twist with medicine ball or dumbbell – hold medicine ball in front of you, take a lunge with one foot and twist to one side then repeat on other side {view image }
10 minute high intensity interval training on treadmill or elliptical trainer – this is it the final and most important component which will burn through fat so go for 30 second spurts of intense sprinting mixed with 30 seconds of jogging as much as you can in 10 minutes.

The Fat Burning Workout: Conclusion
No more excuses or questioning what plan to do for this fat burning workout is guaranteed to get you pretty damn ripped in just 21 days. The fine print should read that you need to be smart and stick to natural unprocessed foods focusing on as much veggies, fruit, lean meats, beans and whole grains as you can for at least 5.5 days out of 7 days. For the remaining 1.5 days you can relax a little and have a few of your favorite foods.

For the steps with a medicine ball, how many pounds should the ball be? And can you use a kettle ball instead?
It should be heavy enough so that by the end of 3 sets you are pretty exhausted, and yes a kettle bell can definitely be used.
Im working on the ‘phases’ for men, and just in my second week. After the first week I really hurt. However today im not hurting at all so I was gonna ramp it up a bit. Was thinking on my day off i could do this instead of a run? Well at least as much as I can do anyway.
That sounds awesome, totally go for it!

Hi Luis, thanks for the feedback. Yes definitely ok to do an ab routine 2 days a week, just make sure whichever routine you pick that you at least have one or two days off to allow your body to recover.
Thanks for your prompt answer…

1) Fat burning work out Monday, Wednesday and Friday

That looks great, taking the week to do your workouts is a great plan and having the weekends for recovery is perfect. You should definitely see some great results from this plan.

Please advise.Thanks.Whatever routine you tell me to do.Trust me I will do it.
That is awesome Luis! Try the Chris Evans workout – https://weightlossandtraining.com/chris-evans-workout and highlight the HIIT training at the end of the workouts, this will really cut through your fat.
Thanks… I do appreciate it…. One more question? How about my abs… Should i work it.. if yes when and how often… Because it seems a pretty tough workout already..
You can add an ab workout like https://weightlossandtraining.com/abdominal-workout about once or twice a week.
Hi. I am 35 years old, 5’1″ and about 132lbs. My muscle mass is approx. 96lbs (at 125lb body weight), so you can tell I have a prettystalky build. Would you recommend this program for a lean toned look? I love weight training, but find it is not giving me the physique I want (of course I need to up my cardio, that’s a fact). There are so many sites with different opinions, which gets confusing. Any input you can give me would be appreciated.
This workout would be a pretty good one but I also wouldn’t give up on weights. Just do what fitness competitors do when they want to tone and increase your repetitions to 14 with lighter weights and no more than 30 seconds rest between exercises and sets.
