How soon will I get my plan after I purchase it?

There is no delay to get your product, you will be sent an email with a direct link to download your plan.

What I have to do after I buy a personal plan?
After you’ve bought your personal plan, we will send you an email with the confirmation of your email and the direct link to download the instructions of your plan. Everything is detailed step by step in this email. You will usually receive this email in around 5-10 minutes.
My Download Link Doesn't Work

Make sure you have restarted your computer and you haven’t tried to access the download more than 3 times.  If you are still having problems please contact us using the form below.
