You can go with a premium style protein like - IsoLean Whey or you can go with a mass gainer protein which digests more slowly and is carb intensive like - TrueMass

Hey Sam! Awesome site. I am 26yrs old, 5'6 and about 117. I work out 3x's a week.... mainly cardio 30min, squats + abs. I would like to do upper body, but being so slim, I worry about getting too muscular and I don't want to look like that weird buff person lol. I feel like I may need a more well-rounded workout. Is there a weekly routine you would recommend for me- incorporating all areas of body but not enough to bulk me up or loose weight- just tone..?

Hi Sush, you can find the workout articles under the workouts and training section section of this website. When you reach the bottom there is a next page link found on the left hand side. Alternatively you can go to the Archives section and look by date. The archives link is found on the left hand side under the links for all the sections of the website. In the future, we will be creating a better search functionality into the site so you can find anything of particular interest.

Hi Sam,
I have a question about the website. I see a lot of your articles or responses carry link to other articles like e.g. lower abs toning or ab workout etc.
But I can't find these articles under a particular section. Is there any way I can look at all your articles?
