		<description>You&#039;ll be surprised how cheap a ball can be if you go to a store like Ross or Home Sense, I&#039;ve seen them as cheap as $8. Alternatively you could always be creative and use a chair or a couch.  Just be creative and use your body weight for resistance.</description>

		<description>Absolutely Sandra!  If you have access to free weights by all means try variation of the exercises with them.  Resistance bands are great because they are extra portable and take up very little space, and for the small price it&#039;s definitely worth having.</description>

Just a thank you for the workout routine for us stay-at-home mums, i am drinking my green tea, lots of water and following your healthy meals and now i have the workout exercise to do at home ....so theres no excuses now for me !

I am going to lose some weight and body fat :)
