		<description>Hi Danielle, should definitely be safe on that part, although I like taking creatine when I want to add muscle and then thermogenic fat burners for when you want to cut and more definition.  With that said, sometimes the two together keep balance too.  Thermogenic fat burners are great to get you psyched to get into the gym too!</description>
