		<description>Thanks for the positive words!  Sounds to me like you&#039;re not eating enough...have you tried supplement with whey protein smoothies between your meals? This will keep your metabolism up.  I also find endurance running stops having much effect after a few weeks.  Switch this up with some high intensity interval training.</description>

		<description>Hows it going been a big fan of your site for weeks now lol!!! anyways just to speed you up to par, ive been workingout for about a year now im 5&#039;6 210lbs, here is my workout routine

Mon-run 3 miles
tues-chest/triceps
weds-off
thurs-run 3 miles
friday-biceps/back
sat-off
sun-off

normally when I do lift i do about 5 sets anywhere between 10-15 reps per set. My food intake is decent, normally oatmeal for breakfast with toast, for lunch i eat those healthy choice from Walmart (300 calories, 12g fibers, 20g protein) well i cant seem to lose weight im still stuck at 215 i would like to be at around 180 or 190 what do u recommend??</description>
