Hello Jim,

Any specific casein protein powder you recommend? I take 100% Gold Standard Whey and have the best opinion of it; is there a 100% Gold Standard Casein to guarantee similar results?

Hi Emilio, this is not likely unless you are not eating a couple hours before bedtime. Try a protein shake at night as well to help you fight off catabolism.

Hello jim, i go to the gym in the morning and when i arrive home, i take my protein powder (2 whites of eggs, one banana, milk, honey and a yogurt) and my answer is: while i'm sleeping, can my muscles suffer catabolism ?
I usually dinner a salad, a sandwich or an omelette.
