Weight Loss Motivation Photos for Women

We all need a periodic boost to our motivation for working out and weight loss and one of the most powerful methods today is choosing a photo of a celebrity or athlete that we want to have the body like.

For women this is often a very hard visualization since all the cropping, editing and brushing that is done to female celebrities who are on the cover of magazines. Even yet, unless you are quite well off financially a realization has to be made that most often these female celebrities trainers, dietitians and specialized chefs who help sculpt the most ultimate body on a 7 day a week schedule.

Is is unrealistic to set such types of goals? I’ll let you be the judge of that. But I will say one thing. Maybe considering all that is provided to these celebrities is quite far to reach but having a person to visualize as your challenge will motivate your in ways you probably never imagined possible.

If you’re going to remember one thing after reading this article I hope that you take away the fact that often times it is your mind that is holding you back and not your body. Get on a exercise and nutrition schedule and stick to it. I have been morbidly obese for many years and three months ago made the commitment to lose the weight and get in shape once and for all.  I find the use of “motivational” pictures to be very important to my journey. I’ve been creating a vision board that motivates me to stay on track every time I look at it! Some of the photos on this page will certainly make it onto the board.  Thanks!
