I especially love the work out routines and how they are offered for beginners. I joined LA Weightloss about two weeks ago and I have lost about 14 lbs in just over two weeks on the Rapid Results. I know that this is too much too fast but seeing the results makes it hard to slow down. I have started exercising too. Just wanted to say thanks.
