I would add &quot;Obsessively comparing and competing with others&quot;, I mean, if you are training next to someone who can lift bigger weights, you start trying to compete, maybe not conciously, but you can expose to injuries. Better know our own strength. Maybe this is a common mistake for beginers. Another learning from yoga applied in the gym.</description>
