		<description>How much have you changed your diet?  Are you eating frequently but less?  How is your sleep?  These are all questions you should be asking when not seeing results.  Start increasing the intensity of your exercises and try implementing some interval training. From your list, i can eat meats, chicken, fish, yogurt and some vegetables and fruit. If i am having bread i have to eat white bread and the same with rice [ white ]  but i do not have them very much. I also drink lots of bottled water because of the high chlorine and fluoride in tap water.</description>
