Once you start the 5 Day Body Transofmration Course you will notice that I provide links back to the site so you can communicate with me and the group, your questions on each day of the course. So let me know if you have any questions/concerns/frustrations and I will do my best to reply within 48 hours.

This will be a community effort so we can all share tips and secrets that have allowed us to overcome the daily obstacles which we all encounter. If you have any comments please leave them below!

My other email server is less strict about “spam” than this one. Anyway, I look forward to using you site, and I appreciate your facebook group too.     Hi Laura, thanks for the update. Yes spam filters are really tricky these days, I have to remind myself to check my spam folders every once in a while and I always see one or two emails I actually really wanted so it’s a bugger!

    Glad you like the web site and facebook group. I am definitely going to keep the group going as we have an amazing community of people such as yourself. This web site is just an extension and will allow for me to go more in detail with content and also add images, videos and give away a lot of freebies in my newsletters!

    Since I had my tyroid removed 4 years ago I had put on about 15kilos and I cannot put down my weight. Of course I take my hormone pill 100mg of Levotirox
    Any ideas what to do?

      Hi Tanya,

      It would be really hard to say since I don`t know your diet and exercise plan. I would highly recommend asking your physician for advice on this matter. After this, I would find a personal trainer who could really help monitor your progress and stay on top of what`s working and what is not for you personally. Hopefully you have already tried the 5 day course on this site and are exercising and drinking lots of water in the morning.

    well i’m 17 years old. sophomore in college. 5’9 about 195 pounds. i don’t look it. used to be really athletic. moved to the states recently and from what my friends back home say i gained a lot of weight. didn’t notice it myself but on my way to try and lose weight. i have a problem. i have no enthusiasm to any kind of work out because i’ll be doing it by myself and i’m used to team spirit so kinda hard. also is it normal to weigh that much? i mean i still wear size M t shirts and a few S.

    well am 37 years old, and am 54 KG i play sport ,am in a good shape, but the problem is that i dont look healthy i mean that my face looked tired, and when i lose weight its shows in my face the most, i want to know how can i lose weight and i keep my face look health.

      Hi Fadwa, you may not be getting all the essential minerals and vitamins in your diet. Make sure to add more fruits and vegetables and remove deep friend foods. A good place to start with that. You may also want to supplement with whey protein to keep your muscle mass high.

    Hi Samuel, I think you’re going to have to make the extra effort to find a sport that you like and can continue doing. Although, I have to say that working out the gym is something that you will grow to love the more you do it.

    If you really need an extra push get a personal trainer or search on craigslist for a workout partner.

    I would go by clothing size on what size you should be. Think about it more on a scale of how you really feel about your body. If you feel that you really shouldn’t weigh as much then get out there and play sports and try different adventures like hiking and biking.

    Im 5;2 weight 180 lbs after my surgery 8 years ago I gained 8o lbs .. whoaaaaaaaaa and wanna to go down to 12o or 115 lbs.. I never eat meat as wont eat them… I do drink alots of water and some time green tea..but foods sometime Im very picky I do not like yogurt other stuff that taste blah….. weightwatcher foods are horrible.. Ilove veggies… and want to lose before oct 2009 for the wedding….

    I am 40 pounds over weight and have been trying to drop 26 pounds by april. I go to the gym about 4 times a week: 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weight training and I have lost very little weight. Some of my clothes fit me better but I really want my efforts to show. I have cut out a lot of junk from my diet like cookies, chocolate,etc. but i still weigh the same as when i used to eat them. I stopped eating past 7.30pm.

    hey..well i m 18..i m 167cm and weigh 56kg..n i long for a toned and fit body..can u tell me some workout plans and diet routines that i can follow at home…without much use of training equipments coz i dont hve them (LOL)…n also no time for gyming at all..
