    Hi Sam.
    I am very interested in your site and have just signed up for the 5 day course to quick weight loss. However, I am very overwhelmed with all the information on your site. I am a freshman in college and am trying to loose the 20 lbs i’ve gained since i’ve been here! Starting about 2 weeks ago, I cut out all sodas and drink lots of water. Also, i have been trying to eat very healthy (but I have been noticing that eating healthy is turning into hardly ever eating due to my lack of a kitchen in the dorm), I also have been going to the gym everyday and doing the eliptical for 25 min and then usually abs or legs machines. I just don’t know if i am going about all this the wrong way (because I have never had to work for a tight body until now) and am confused at which advice from the site that I should start with.

    Thank you for your time (i know this was a lot) lol

      Hi Courtney, don’t get overwhelmed, just take a deep breath and stick with the 5 day course and do your diet planning before you go grocery shopping so you can stay on track. Whey protein and fruit smoothies are always great and super healthy for when you’re lacking time. Also begin with the beginner’s workout from my article Free workout routines for women, this will get you on the right track.

    I have trouble motivating myself to go to the gym. Is there anyway that I can make it a better experience?
    Also, I just started working out yesterday and was wondering if 3 times a week at the gym with 30 min weekend walks is an ok starting point. Thanks

    Hi Sam and guys ,well i weighed myself on sunday and now weigh 12 stone 9lbs which for my height 5ft 7 is not good. I am now on day 3 ,im drinking water in the morning and now having a breakfast . I already drink green tea so will continue ,looking into getting some whey and acai berries but there is so many websites offering the berries not sure which to go for .Trying to be good x

    ive just started this 5 day weight loss thing and if its all to do with buying supliments then im realy not interested so can some one please let me no in advance before i get all into it :) ))) not that i disagree with suplements just dont got the dosh right now, spent all my money on summer clothes lol :)

    Hi Emmert, the 5 day course is definitely not about just supplements, you can do the entire thing without buying any of the suggested items like the green tea, they are only to help you move it all along. Wait for the emails to come and you'll see.

    Hey Sam,
    My name is Addison and I recently ( December 31 2010) had a rock climbing accident at a gym and fell 20 ft fracturing my L1, L2, L3. I am still not allowed to bend, lift more than 5 lbs , or twist and so I have not been able to workout in 4+ weeks and so my dilemma is that I am gaining weight and it is killing me not be able to work out. Before I was training to be a search and rescue swimmer for the navy (except I still couldn’t do pull ups), but I signed up for this 5 day course for the nutrition help I eat fairly healthy or I think I do, but I was going to ask you what you would suggest. I will hopefully be able to get back into shape as soon as I am released the challenge is getting back to the point I was and then surpassing it.
