(I was barely over weight when I went on the diet according to my BMI number 3 years ago) I do like the diet but have chosen to eat numorous foods that are considered &#039;bad&#039; for you. I would recommend it more for those who have a considerable amount of weight to lose or have health issues that are motivating them to lose weight.</description>
