My abs aren&#039;t looking so good, and I think I have pretty good muscles since I do 50 crunches every morning when I wake up, and before I go to bed and have been doing that for a couple years now, but I still have fat on my abs. I&#039;m going to have to try this to get much better abs... well, to actually have abs.
