		<description>Hi Hannah, you are thinking bottled green tea, and yes the regular stuff has lots of sugar added to it.  However, what I meant by green tea, are actual green tea bags which have no sugar added and needs to be seeped in hot water.  Natural green tea is the best especially if you can get it fresh, but green tea bags come 2nd in value.  I&#039;d stay away from the bottled stuff, many other ingredients before the actual green tea!</description>
