		<description>Hey all,

I have a peanut butter recipe you guys might enjoy.

For those of you who have yet to try / dislike / are a huge fan of hummus, peanut butter hummus is something you have to try. My family eats reg. hummus on a regular basis, so every now and then I make a big batch of PB hummus. They love it and I save the leftovers for post-workout munchies. Hummus is high in protein and, when paired with whole grain or flax pita, it makes a satisfying snack when you&#039;re on the go.

1 can chickpeas
1/3 cup hot water
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons cumin

The measurements aren&#039;t strict. Hummus taste varies greatly. Some prefer a lemonier taste while others favor cumin.

Enjoy,
