Hi Chris, reduce your weight and be extremely focused on your form. A little lower back pain is normal as your body adjusts and increases muscle mass to support these exercises but starting lighter and making sure your back is perfectly straight in a natural curve is of the utmost importance!

Hi Mike, how is your flexibilty? Are you adding in 15 minutes of stretching out your hamstrings and lower back at the end of the workouts?

This is great! I'm 26 years and I suffer from lower back pain. I guess the fact that I'm an accountant sitting on my behind all day doesn't help the situation. I will for sure include these exercises into my workouts. BTW - I started following the "Treadmill Workout Ultimate Routine" and let me tell you that it is the BEST!

All the best,
