		<description>Nice Jake, well it&#039;s pretty challenging to get under 10% body fat, I&#039;ve known only a handful who can do it since they have a high metabolism or because their diet is a strict as possible.  I would expect that in 6 weeks you could probably decrease your body fat by a few percentage points without over training and making yourself sick or injured.  Train smart and hard but stay focused on your diet and you&#039;ll see the best results possible.</description>
