		<description>Mh, in my opinion a diet in combination with a nice workout plan is the right choice to loose either fat or join muscles. But, the importanst factor is, that you&#039;ll stay with it for a while and not just a month or so. If you just stay on it for a short period of time and then eat things like before the JoJo-effect will reach you and the result with blast you. I just can share my experiences with special diets and I can say the best way to feel good and look good is, that you eat normal dishes, stop eating when you feel that you have enough and make a regular workout! Instead of sweets eat fruits or even some popcorn (very low calories) and drink much water! Even if you need longer to see results, you will feel better and stay longer on the trip!</description>
