		<description>Hi Arif, I think Scivation is best before and after your workouts and I&#039;ve found 4 scoops to be a bit too much, so I usually go for 2 at a time.  

CLA does have some benefits but they are not drastic and take a while to have an effect, but you&#039;re right I&#039;ve found that money can be spent better on other supplements. 

Good plan with Opti-Men, definitely a great multi for men.

I added green tea to my repertoire of tricks all this week.  (I don&#039;t drink soda, so I didn&#039;t have anything to cut out there.)
I&#039;ve recently gotten some whey, and some supplements.
At the end of the month, once I finish with my personal trainer, I&#039;ll be free to move my workouts to early in the morning, which suits me better anyway....and it might provide my body with the variation it needs to get me over this plateau.
