I've been taking L-Carnitine for a year. During that time, I ran out of it and didn't buy anymore for about a month--I noticed a difference in my workouts once I started taking it again. I have more energy during my workouts and don't fatigue as quickly. I don't take the full dose recommended on the bottle though--it says to take 3 capsules with meals--I only take one in the morning.

ah well. I am a Canadian and am honestly not too worried about it. It is most likely a human invention and I try to stay away from things that are not natural....However thank you for the article. Very interesting!!
