		<description>Hi Sam - thank you for the straight talk regarding junk food. I have been battling with this very issue for the past several months. I think the other aspect (at least for me) is that cravings certain for foods can be triggered by stress and other emotions. As a self perscribed emotional eater, I&#039;m learning that I can substitute much healther foods during stressful times, example - apples seem to work really well when I&#039;m craving something sweet, so I carry one around with me. The crunchiness of the apple is also very satisfiying to me as well. Another thought is supplementation - I know that taking flax oil suppliments have helped tremendously with my mood, and thusly, I don&#039;t have nearly as many cravings as I used to.</description>
