Jennifer Aniston Workout Plan
Recently in my review of the Zone Diet I mentioned that Jennifer Aniston was following that diet for quite some time. But what about her workout plan?
Jennifer Aniston Workout Routine
I have done some thorough research on Jennifer’s training and researched her trainer’s web site to find out what kind of workouts she is doing. Here are the secrets revealed:
Jennifer starts out with a 22 minute cardio routine to keep her slim figure. On high energy days she adds another 30 minutes. Here is her cardio session on the elliptical machine broken down:
- 5 minute warm up
- 1 minute High intensity, & 2 minutes Moderate intensity cycled until 22 minutes is reached.
High Energy days she adds:
- 15 minutes on treadmill at 6mph on a 1.5 incline
Now that she is all warmed up she goes through 30 to 40 minutes of the 5 sun salutations of yoga poses where her focus is on her breath and alignment.
The Real Secret Revealed:
Sounds pretty simple now doesn’t it? Well it appears that interval training works quite well with boosting Jennifer’s metabolism and then following it up with Yoga to focus her energy on being at peace and balanced is her real secret. With all the negative effects of stress removed from her mind she must really know how to lover herself to maintain a healthy diet to fill out the major component to her incredible body.
Sometimes it is the most simple things that provide the best results!

What are the 5 poses of the sun salutation?
I thought Jennifer Aniston was all about Budokon, which although it does incorporate some yoga vinyasa moves, is a bit more intense than just sun salutations…
Hi Stacey, you may want to google the sun salutations. I will try and do some research and write up more articles on Yoga and its benefits.
Hi Mara, I’m not sure where you had heard that. The research that I have done has been straight from her personal trainer and the techniques she has used.
Hi,
I also have heard that she does Budokon – Cameron Shayne, the creator of Budpkon, trained her himself.
Might be what her trainer is calling Yoga…..
