		<description>Very Informative!  Now I finally get it.  In the last few years I realized how important it is to have a fully functioning metabolism.  As young teenagers, we don&#039;t pay attention to these things and pretty much eat what we want.  Since becoming an adult, I realize that a slow metabolism can cause havoc on your weight and energy levels.  I&#039;ve learned now that eating anything can put that weight on you rather quickly as you get older.   

 I can see how effective an early morning walk or jog can be and how it can set the tone for the rest of your day.  Well I have accepted your challenge and starting today I will definitely take advantage of your suggestions.  I will keep everyone posted on my progress.  Thanks again for the great information.</description>

		<description>hi sam im a mother of five children married since ten years, my weight before was 49 kgs with 149 hight i gained in the first  pregnancy 25 kilos and then i became 58 kgs after a year from then, a pregnancy after pregnancy now the last delivery was since a year i reached in the ninth month 87kgs with the same hight sure hahaha, but now im 77.6 kgs. in this year i tried everything i was walking every day for an hour and then have a brown toast with nescafe (skimmed milk) and then go to the gem curvesfor the 30 minutes and  after that nothing except an apple till the lunch which was soup and grilled chicken green fresh salad and 1/4 cup of rice  then an apple or corn flakes or yogurt till dinner if there is dinner may be not but actually it was yogurt.......&lt;br&gt;i took extreme slim and xenical and nature fit not together sure, i tried each for 2,3 monthsevry time with this whole system i was making .......guess what i was gaining fron 3 to 4 kgs ...ya i was surprised too...now i travelled in another country which i can&#039;t walk outside there and could&#039;t take our nany with us so no one can stay with the kids that i can go to the gem, so i bought a treamill and believe me nothing at all but at least now i m not gaining weight im stable on 77 or 76.6 kgs. im drinking water normally since 1 yearim not using soda&#039;s at all im having breakfst as soon as i m awake.&lt;br&gt;so now you got the whole story so please i need your feed back&lt;br&gt;thanks&lt;br&gt;Gigi</description>

		<description>Hi Sam ! I started sleeping really well when i started taking vitamin B12, B&#039;s with added Calcium Zinc and Magnesium, so i must have been missing something in there i guess. But yes i sleep really well now and have for a while now :) I sleep for about 7 hours i think, sometimes longer. I do drink a lot of Greenblend Coffee during the day - true ! I do this because i used to be a HUGE tea drinker until i had a medical problem that means that i can&#039;t drink it anymore ONLY Green tea now and finding that taste bland, coffee is my distraction and my distraction and my distraction lol ! I do eat right up until bed time - i know it&#039;s an emotional habit ... filling up space with food... ! BUT i am walking again now [ for two days ] since reading your blogs here so that is good :) and i have been drinking green tea for a while now. I lost 4 kilos from the green tea alone and walking on the spot while watching TV at night :) Kate</description>

With working at 8am its gonna be difficult on the days I work to do a fifteen minute jog but on my days off I will definatly be doing it !
