Hi Shobha, don't do green tea mixes. Just use plain old green tea bags which have no additives, it is a much healthier version! Stash tea provides some pretty great green tea flavours as well like peach and strawberry.

Hi Sam, Thanks for your tips. I tried out the Green Tea advise. I just have a small question. The green tea mix lists sugar, instant green tea, citric acid, calcium silicate, natural flavor as the ingredients. It lists 70 calories, Total carb of 18g and sugars 17g per serving. When I make the green tea, I find it very sweet, and I feel my purpose of reducing sugar intake is lost if I drink too much green tea.
What do you suggest I do?
Thanks.
