Wow! I have not yet been able to actually put into practice the adice given in the 5 day series, but it is all solid, and I can’t wait to try it. But first I have to buy the green tea, and I just did groceries, so it’ll hafta wait till my next trip. Thanks though–not often you can get advice that really works for free without any hidden nasty surprises (like hiddens fees). You are doing a good work, Sam!
