I would love a copy of this. It is great to have someone recognize how little time us mothers have these days.

    Hi Sam

Me again….i was told that one should eat their supper or dinner at least 4 hours before you sleep – is this true ? and also wanted to know if you should completely omit any form of carbs in the evening ?

    thanks

Hi Elvira, I would be weary about that number. I think 4 hours is quite a bit though especially if you want to make sure you feed your muscles. That would mean that your muscles wouldn’t get any nutrients for almost 12 hours! Not a good idea unless you have have a healthy snack after that…closer to 1hr before bed.
