Yoga and its cleansing practices have proven to be extremely effective for various disorders. And through meditation, yoga works remarkably to achieve this harmony and helps the mind work in sync with the body. There are no age limits either young or old for the practice of yoga. However the application of the techniques will vary depending on the persons ability.</description>

		<description>I used to HATE the idea of yoga. Problem was, I&#039;d only ever tried one (gym-based) class. I thought it was boring and useless. But after several years of constant injuries and niggles I forced myself to try a proper studio-based yoga, and I haven&#039;t looked back. I&#039;m speaking as someone who loves intense training, this was one reason why I thought yoga wasn&#039;t for me. But if you find a great power yoga, or maybe hot yoga, you can benefit from all the recovery aspects of this exercise and still get the &#039;sweat effect&#039;. You&#039;ll also notice your exercise performance increase in other areas of your training.</description>
