I have tried, no-explode-dynamtize-shotgun-super pump-white flood-(ephidrine+asprin+caffine), fubar by far gives the best lasting results with little unwanted effects - I find it is good for both endurance workouts as well as weights/lifts. Im enjoy the steady energy level.

Hi Carma, that's right it's recommended Caffeine and Creatine are not taken together at the same time, you can space it out though. For instance, creatine on your weight training days, and caffeine on your cardio days. This kind of variation is always good anyway to keep your body from gettig used to one thing.

I haven't heard of creatine going straight to the stomach and causing cramps if it is not used up. That wouldn't make sense because the creatine will first have to be absorbed into your system through your stomach and large intestine before your body can use it. People who experience cramps should reduce the recommended dosage and slowly build up to allow their bodies to get used to the amount. It's also a good idea to have creatine with some fruit as the sugars help with the uptake.

Hi Sam,

I'm so curious to try out Fubar. I can't right now because I'm on creatine. I hear caffeine and creatine cancel each other out. That's why cratine in coffee is a no-no.

I heard about people getting stomach pains on creatine as well. Mostly because they don't work out as much as they should be. If the skeletal muscles aren't working, then the creatine goes right to the stomach muscles and cramps them up.

Any of this sound plausible to you?

HI Craig, that's a great question. I too have found that most caffeine supplements can cause quite a bit of stomach discomfort. Then I discovered T2's which was the old version of Fubar. The best thing about it is the feeling that you get like your metabolism is shooting through the roof with Fubar and you get quite a pump.

I personally haven't had any stomach discomfort, but you got to remember to not take it on a completely empty stomach either. Start out with just 1 and see how it affects you.

One thing about Fubar that may make a difference is the alkaline caffeine may balance out the acidity of the usual caffeine. Let us know what you experience.

Sam, did you ever find this product caused stomach upset/pain? I've found this with some caffeine supplements. Or maybe I have an over-sensitive stomach. :S
