Fruit Smoothie Recipes
One of the fastest, healthiest and yummiest solutions to keeping excess weight off is to throw some fruit, yogurt and ice into a blender (I recommend the magic bullet) and make a quick meal to help boost your metabolism and ward off cravings. Here are some yummy fruit smoothie recipes…

Fuzzy Peach Fruit Smoothie
1 large peach, sliced and unseeded
1/2 cup of peach yogurt
1/2 cup of skim milk
6 ice cubes

Energy Boost Banana Black Berry Fruit Smoothie
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes

Mango Monkey Fruit Smoothie
1 large ripe mango
8 to 10 strawberries
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

Pre Workout Going Bananas Fruit Smoothie
1 medium banana
1/2 cup rasberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup ice cubes
5-10 grams Creatine Monohydrate (see below)

Tip: Adding nutritional supplements to your smoothies is a great idea. Try these…

Vanilla whey protein powder

Ground flaxseed or flaxseed oil

Green PhytoFood

Whey Greens

BCAA Powder (Enhances muscle tissue recovery)

Creatine Monohydrate

Just a quick ingredient addition! Especially with the banana smoothies try adding a Tablespoon of Natural peanut butter!!!

The Mango Monkey Fruit Smoothie tastes great!! It’s also a great breakfast meal for busy moms on the go.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I CANNOT stand vanilla protein powder. The stuff tastes awful. I’d much rather natural, flavorless whey.

I cannot drink milk, how about soy milk ?

You can use soy milk or I would recommend rice or almond milk instead.
