		<description>Hi Michelle, thanks for the comment!  A fruit smoothie is a great idea at night to curb the evening hour munchies, I almost couldn&#039;t think of anything better!  And yes, it is possible to have too much fruit if you are concerned about fat loss as the sugar in fruit can be stored and turned into fat if we are not burning it. Try this, try having fruit that is lower in sugar in your fruit smoothie at night.  Examples include berries like raspberries and blackberries.  

Just be aware of your waistline when you have lots of fruit and adjust accordingly if the rest of your diet is also super healthy.  Keep me posted on your progress ok?</description>
