		<description>Great Resource!  Thanks for sharing.  Keeping a food journal can create a lot of anxiety for many people who have had lifelong food and weight loss issues.  Follow through can be a challenge as well.  I might give this a try!  Maybe I will start by committing to write down breakfast consistently for a month and then track more and more of my daily diet.
