So here’s what to do: Restrict yourself to 3-4 small carbohydrate servings a day (no more than a piece of bread each). And when you do eat carbs, always go for whole grain options, like brown rice and whole grain bread. They’re better for you and will keep you full for longer!

Fiber is one of the best things to get more of in your diet. Not only does it fill you up and suppress your appetite naturally, it also helps you digest your food better, which will actually help you lose more weight.
