		<description>I find it odd that the workout included no leg workout. You do NOT get legs like Demi or Madonna with only cardio. You must engage the muscles in a weight lifting routine to get the definition. Cardio does not achieve this by itself.</description>

		<description>hi ¡ i am karla from México, and i want to know what can i do for getting a better body, i am 24 years , 1.65 cm and my weigth is 58 kg , and now i am doing the die eat rigth your type, so i just eat vegetbles, fruits, bread whole grain, yogurt, some times eggs, some times chiken or tuna, and rice or beans.
I do exercecise 5 or 6 times a week , a do cardio like for 45 or 1 hour, and some times i work my legs twice a week, my arms twice a week , and my abs like 3 times a week , the thing is that i dont eat protein , because i don like to much, so can you tell me what can i do because i do all of this things and i still having a horrible belly ¡¡ thanks =)</description>
