You are correct, this workout is to create a body similar to his based on my 20 years of training experience. Give it a try and continue to increase intensity and you will see some excellent results.

Hi Ryan, you may lose some weight but it will be water weight so keep that in mind. You may see more definition if you keep the reps up. Try and stay off for at least 2 weeks before going back on to reset your body.

Hi Danny, unfortunately our article on Taylor was so successful that Google was giving us #1 ranking on anything Taylor related and his lawyers didn't like that, so we had to take down the article. We call it bad PR on his part, but that's the way it goes sometimes!

Hi Tyler thanks for your comment.

I used a number of internet resources to write this article on Christian Bale’s Workout including an article written by his trainer. It’s always surprising to see that sometimes the routines for these celebrities is not as intense as you would think when looking at this sets/reps. However, the key to his success is simply pushing himself right to the max when doing these exercises. You would be surprised to see how short most guys come in the gym to pushing themselves right to the max which is necessary to shock your muscles for growth.
