My challenge is to be able to create a better structure to create these videos…it sure isn’t as easy as I thought, I’m trying to do it all in one take and it has usually taken me quite a few takes to do it all right! (if anyone has any video making tips please let me know here!).

Today I’d like to talk to you about the mineral magnesium. Although Magnesium is the ninth most abundant element in the universe and an essential element for all living organic material, what caught my attention was stumbling across a report that mentioned many people today have a deficiency of magnesium in their diets.
