Can’t Sleep? Top 10 Sleep Remedies

In an ideal world these are the Top 10 Sleep Remedies that will help you have a great nights sleep.

1. Try and get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night

2. Don’t eat anything for at least an hour before bed (one exception would be a small fruit)

3. Sleep and wake up at the same hour every day

4. Don’t take a nap during the day (if you do make sure it is less then 30mins and before 3pm)

5. Make sure your bedroom is adequately ventilated and that your blankets will not make you too hot

Many of you have come to me asking what the best way to burn calories and see immediate results is. And my question to you is always, “What’s the first thing you are doing in the morning?”

If you can optimize your morning routine, you will see results immediately. And by immediately I mean by noon of that day if you are waking up at 8am.

Your morning routine should always consist of you drinking lots of water and having a healthy breakfast. Your body has been fasting for several hours (hopefully between 7-8) and the quicker you hydrate your body with water, the better you will feel.
