		<description>Nice one, as usual :) but i have something to add. If you want big arms you also have to concentrate on your triceps, because it is one of the factors to get big arms. If you just train your biceps you&#039;ll not get that big. So the conclusion is when you work out your biceps do supersets! 1 exercise biceps and then without a pause 1 exercise triceps. If you do 3 different exercises each you will gain massive arms :)</description>
