I started training when I was 16 at YMCA as I was getting a bit battered in physical education in high school, so getting bigger was great motivation. But I’ve never stopped since.
So now, almost 18 years of training later, I still feel as motivated as the first day and I hope with this group I can help others get motivated through interesting discussion and education. So the question is: how many of you can say you are in the best shape of your life?
